Press Release – PWD Board Adopts Mandatory Conservation Guidelines

Faced with the state’s water supply challenges due to the severe drought and Gov. Gavin Newsom’s March 28th Executive Order, the Palmdale Water District (PWD) Board of Directors voted Monday to adopt mandatory rules that include limits on outdoor watering days and times starting May 1 and increasing the water conservation target to 20%.
